Reflection...

Decided to check my progress and which project I actually did complete. I had seen 2011 as a poor yearm, but then I realize that I completed 3 projects last year.

Some shield patterns

Surfed the web trying to find some different patterns to use on the remaining Norman Knights and Sargent's, and found some suggestions to use. Found some kite shields on a site for Lego nerds, think the site was Classic Castle, not sure. And the I got some suggestions and guides from Dalauppror. So now I have plenty. 

On the table for to night, 8 crossbowmen. I now have 12 bowmen and 8 spears finalized, and hopefully the crossbowmen will be done tonight as well. Already planing the next SAGA Warband, Brettons, all mounted with exception for some poor levy troops.

The Shields v2.0

As I said earlier I tried to cut some time and get the SAGA Project  done, but the amount of complaints I got from my fellow gamers was a bit to much so I did a recap with the shields. For the initiated, I tried to pull a Ogge but I failed, I'm relay sorry, it will not happen again, its only Ogge that can get a way with it.

Gripping Beast delivered  the "missing" spears and bases, also got a crossbow to replace the one with the missing bow. They also gave sent an extra Crossbow, much appreciated. Once again fast and good service thanks.

Some progress in the SAGA projekt.

Been taking some beating over my poorly painted shields, they are now repainted. Pictures will come later this weekend, working the night shift this weekend.

Today I spent nearly one and a half hour just to get the minies of from the sticks they where mounted on for painting, and there where only 18 minies. New glue and it was a bit to effective so that will not be used again, not for this any how.
