The Bretonnian Battalion box dropped in yesterday

Now i just finalized the last of the purchases on Ebay and picked up a battalion box at Alpaspel.se  200 skr cheaper  then Games Workshop. So now I think I'm all set for now.

Now its some serious panting time.

Bretonnians - on the move !

Got my self a box on Knights of the realm today from the Games Works  shop.

The plan was to get either the Men at Arms or the Peasant bowmen kit, but none of them was available in the GW store. Only on mail order as it seams. So I got the KOTR kit instead. Perhaps Ill get my self the battalion box later on. But not from GW they are a bit expensive... I can get for about 100 skr less from Alphaspel.

Well all the horses is built and half of the knights as well. More work then I remembered. The on to painting. 

Planing to paint it in sections.
Horses: 

First the animal parts and then pair up the knight and horses and paint the barding and knight at the same time one pair at the time.

After that paint the shields and the shields on the bardin. Ofcourse I will paint the shields on freehand.

The shit has hit the fan... Warhammer 40K is back on the menu boys.

To day I did something that I never thought that I ever do again...

Got my self some 40K miniature to start play 40k again. 

I have to jump back on the train, the majority of the gaming society in my vicinity has passed over already, to the DARK side. 

Come to us we have cookies, that's what they say anyhow.

A box of Gray Knigt is bought from GW, just to try it out, if it sucks to paint then  Ill just put them out on Ebay...

While the camera was out...

While the camera was set up to take some new photos of the US Airborne "dildo thrower" I took the time to take some new photos of old minies

First some nice minis from Wargames Foundery, I think. They are a part of my Pirate project, witch is still ongoing, slowly but ongoing, just the other day I looked at one of the unpainted minies in thos project and put it back in the box. Some day, I promise, some day...

And here is a relay old one, from Games Workshop, the model is a Empire Jade Wizard, if I remember correct. 

He sucked on the battlefeild, as did the rest of the army.
